Born and raised in Garland, Texas, Senator Rehmet grew up in a household defined by hard work and dedication. His father was an aircraft mechanic and his mother a hairstylist, instilling in him the values of responsibility and service. Upon completing high school, he enlisted in the United States Air Force. After his military service, Senator Rehmet returned home and began his career as an aerospace machinist, applying the technical skills he developed in uniform.
