Representative Barlow has been a member of the House of Representatives since 2011. He currently represents Utah House's 17th District which includes Davis County. He graduated from the University of Utah with a B.S. in Psychology and earned his Doctorate of Medicine from Georgetown University. Following his medical education, he completed a General Surgery Internship at Washington Medical Center and a Residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Georgetown University Hospital. Additionally, Barlow has completed internships with the U.S. Senate Health Committee and the Utah State Senate, further enhancing his expertise in healthcare and legislative processes. Professionally, Barlow serves Northern Utah, Southern Idaho, and Western Wyoming as a board-certified Otolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon. He is also involved in multiple family businesses, including roles as President of Service Mortgage Corporation and Vice-President of Barlow Corporation and Dale Corporation, which manage investments, real estate, and low-income housing.
