State Senator Steve Wilson is currently serving the 7th District of the Ohio Senate. His district covers Warren County and a portion of Hamilton County. Wilson was appointed in 2017 to fill a vacancy in the 7th Senate District. Wilson earned a B.A. in finance from Miami University in 1972, served as a Navy Lieutenant, and began his banking career at Lebanon Citizens National Bank (LCNB), eventually becoming CEO. Under his leadership, LCNB expanded across nine Ohio counties. He has held leadership roles in various organizations, including the American Bankers Association, Ohio Bankers Association, and various Chambers of Commerce, and served as a board member for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He also contributed to local civic efforts for the Countryside YMCA, Ohio Historical Society, Otterbein Senior Life Community, the Warren County Foundation, and the Warren County Area Progress Council.
