The district encompasses Battle Creek, Springfield, Bedford Township, Pennfield Township, Convis Township, Lee Township, Clarence Township, Sheridan Township, and Albion. Committees Rep. Steve Frisbie is the vice chair of the House Finance Committee. He also serves as a member of the committee on Transportation & Infrastructure, Energy, and Health Policy. Education The representative earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Miller College and received his paramedic certificate from Davenport University. He also participated in general studies at Kellogg Community College. Professional and Public Office Affiliations Before being elected to office, Rep. Frisbie spent 40 years as a paramedic and ambulance service administrator, in addition to serving as a volunteer firefighter for Pennfield Township and the village of Colon.
