Stephanie Boykin

Representative Stephanie Boykin, a Democrat, represents parts of St. Louis County (District 70) in the Missouri House of Representatives. She was elected to her first two-year term in November 2024. Boykin grew up in the Walnut Park neighborhood of North St. Louis City. She attended St. Louis Public Schools and earned a bachelor’s degree from Lincoln University, followed by a master’s degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Boykin served honorably for 40 years and retired as a lieutenant colonel in 2022. She is also a certified teacher who previously taught language arts in the Columbia and St. Louis school districts. Her public service includes appointments by the governor to the Citizen’s Advisory
