Sheila Jones

Representative Sheila Jones - District 60, represents Fulton and Cobb counties. She serves as a Deputy Whip for the House Democratic Caucus. She is a member of the Appropriations, Health, Judiciary Juvenile, Transportation and Ways & Means committees. Rep. Jones has served as the vice-chair of the Atlanta Delegation, vice-chair of the House Transportation Sub-committee on Rail, parliamentarian, secretary and treasurer of the Georgia Legislative Black Caucus and secretary of the Working Families Caucus. She currently serves as secretary of the Women’s Legislative Caucus. Before serving in the Georgia House of Representatives, Rep. Jones worked for Lockheed Martin Company (Marietta, Georgia), where she was an active member of Local Lodge 709 of the International Association of Machinists & Aerospace Workers AFL-CIO.
