Rep. Morris’ membership affiliations outside the General Assembly include the following: Member of National Rifle Association (NRA); Member of Delaware State Sportsmen’s Association (DSSA); President of Delaware Building Officials Association (DBOA); Accredited by American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE); Member of Lower Delaware & Maryland Building Officials Association (LDMBOA); Member of International Code Council (ICC); and Member of Masonic Union Lodge #7 and Grand Lodge of Delaware. Rep. Morris is the Chief Code Enforcement Officer for Kent County Levy Court.
