​Rep. Shannon Jones Isadore is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, born and raised in Northeast Portland. She is a first-term representative of House District 33, which includes Downtown, Northwest, Linnton, and Cathedral Park. Growing up in the vibrant Albina neighborhood with her multi-generational family, surrounded by a large and tight-knit community, Shannon learned the importance of community and resilience early in life. Shannon brings her commitment to effective, compassionate solutions to the Oregon State Legislature, where she is dedicated to addressing some of the most pressing issues facing Oregonians: access to mental health services, addressing the addiction crisis, and building a safe and thriving city. As a resident of Northwest Portland and a business owner, downtown revitalization is a top priority for Shannon, and she is excited to lead Portland’s city center.
