Sarah Fowler Arthur is a dedicated Ohio State Representative and entrepreneur with a robust background in public service, education policy, business management, church, and community involvement. Since January 2021, Sarah has served in the Ohio House where she is currently Chair of the Education Committee. Sarah was the first homeschool graduate in the nation to be elected to a State Board of Education, serving Ohio from 2013-2020, having been first elected in 2012 at the age of 23. Sarah is a lifelong entrepreneur, working on her family farm from a young age, including marketing and office management. She began her own first business at age 11, Sarah’s Eggs, raising chickens and distributing eggs, and later teaching piano for five years. In 2020, she married Isaac Arthur, a physicist, US Army veteran, President of the National Space Society, Member of the Board of Elections, and the producer of world-renown Science & Futurism with Isaac Arthur.
