Over the past 20+ years, Santosh has served in various capacities, including Sunday school teacher, community president, provider for the homeless, and temple volunteer. He began his career as a software engineer, working with Fortune 500 companies for many years. In July 2008, during the financial crisis, he was laid off from a major financial investment company in New Hampshire. However, he overcame this challenging situation by establishing his own Unique System Skills LLC software company. Santosh invested the profits from his company into creating a licensed technical institute to help the local workforce enhance their technical skills, ensuring they could remain competitive in the job market after experiencing layoffs.
