Rich is a retired Fortune 100 executive, whose career spanned three decades in international and domestic roles in the energy industry from analyst to sales to strategic planning to oil trading and senior management. He served as a Director of Mobil Sekiyu, K.K. in Tokyo, Japan, and later as a Director of Mobil Oil Hong Kong oversaw the construction of a $400MM oil terminal project in Hong Kong. His education includes a Finance MBA, and an Industrial Engineering/Operations Research degree from Cornell University. After retiring, Rich and his wife of more than 53 years moved to Alstead, NH, where they have continuously resided since 2000. Rich then spent several years with a small packaging manufacturing company as Chief Financial and Operations Officer. Rich routinely attends Select Board meetings where he advocates for sensible governance and an informed and involved citizenry at the local level. With 5 grown children and 15 grandchildren, several in New Hampshire, Rich is strongly committed to quality education for granite staters.
