Phil Green

District State Rep. Phil Green was first elected to serve in November of 2018 and is in his fourth term in the Michigan House. Phil serves the 67 th House District, which includes the city of Lapeer and the townships of Deerfield, Elba, Hadley, Lapeer, Marathon, Mayfield, Metamora and Oregon in Lapeer County, the townships of Forest, Genesee, Richfield and Thetford in Genesee County, and Watertown Township in Tuscola County. Committees Rep. Phil Green serves on the House Appropriations Committee. He chairs the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Public Health and serves as vice chair on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Medicaid and Behavioral Health. Rep. Phil Green also serves on the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Agriculture and Rural Development and Natural Resources, and the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Joint Capital Outlay.
