Representative Noel Williams Jr. represents the citizens of House District 148, which includes Crisp, Pulaski and Wilcox counties, as well as portions of Houston and Ben Hill counties. Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Banks & Banking Committee. He also serves on the Appropriations, Game, Fish & Parks, Insurance, Natural Resources & Environment, Retirement, Small Business Development and Ways & Means committees. Rep. Williams has been a member of the House Rural Caucus since 2022. Noel graduated in 1994 with a political science degree from the University of Georgia. After graduating, he spent 13 years working for Life of the South Insurance Agency. Since 2007, Noel has been with the Partners Benefit Group as a principle. He is currently a board member of the South Georgia Banking Company and Crisp Regional Hospital. Noel has also been a longstanding member of the Cordele-Crisp Chamber of Commerce and proudly serves as a member of the Cordele Kiwanis Club.
