Nick Gauthier was elected in 2024 to serve his first term representing the 38th district. A Waterford native, Nick is proud to represent his neighbors in Waterford and Montville in the Connecticut General Assembly. He serves on the Labor & Public Employees, Energy & Technology, and Government Administration & Elections committees. Nick has served in municipal office, being previously elected to the Waterford Representative Town Meeting. He also works for the town of Waterford's Senior Services Department and has worked as a labor organizer and in community and political organizing. Nick is a graduate of Waterford High School and the University of Connecticut, and he holds a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of New Haven. Nick's priorities are to serve the needs and interests of working people and working families to ensure that Connecticut is a fair and equitable place for all to live, retire, and raise families.
