Profile Snapshot
I have lived in Wakefield since 2016 when I purchased my first home here. I love the area, the nature, the small-town feel, the recreation opportunities, and the low taxes. I grew up in Portsmouth and Rye. I graduated from Portsmouth High School, and I've studied at various colleges and universities. I trained and worked as a Wilderness EMT and Paramedic - volunteering over one-thousand hours at Durham Ambulance Corps immediately after high school. I taught at colleges on various emergency medical topics, and I ran education programs in medical assisting and EMT-B. I also worked in heavy industry on Submarines in Kittery. I worked with my hands, both on patients and in turning wrenches, most of my adult life. I retired from federal employment after a serious injury, and I now spend most of my time writing. I am a Christian, and I attend service weekly as well as various small groups and Bible studies. I have a worldview similar to the founders - shaped and informed by reformation theology, natural law, and the knowledge that Christ is the King of Kings. I am a Constitutionalist, an originalist, and a traditionalist.
