District Rep. Joseph Fox was first elected to the Michigan House of Representatives in November 2022. He represents the 101 st District, which includes all of Newaygo, and parts of Oceana, Lake, Mason and Wexford counties. Committees Rep. Fox serves as vice chair of the House Election Integrity Committee. He also serves on the House Education and Workforce Committee, the House Agriculture Committee, and the House Families and Veterans Committee. Education Rep. Fox received his Professional Degree; ABD (All But Dissertation) in Education Leadership from Eastern Michigan University. He also received his MA in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University, along with his Teaching Certificate in Psychology and Teaching about Religion. Fox received his Master of Divinity from Calvin Seminary, his BA in Philosophy/Religion and Psychology from Spring Arbor College, and his diploma from Columbia Central High School in Jackson County.
