JOE LUNEAU, of St. Albans City, represents the Franklin-3 district encompassing Wards 1-4. He grew up in St. Albans City and attended St. Albans City Elementary and Bellows Free Academy, St. Albans. Joe graduated from Boston College and holds a BA in History. He has been involved in his family’s automotive dealerships since childhood. Joe is currently the President of the St. Albans Museum and serves on the St. Albans City Board of Civil Authority. He also is a citizen member of the Vermont Historical Preservation Advisory Council. Joe previously served as President of the St. Albans City Council and Chair of the Development Review Board in St. Albans City. He and his two sons reside in St. Albans City. Member of the House of Representatives: 2025–present.
