Jill Barry proudly represents Glastonbury in the 31st Assembly District and is currently serving her fourth legislative term. She serves as Vice Chair of the Insurance & Real Estate Committee, is a member of the Finance, Revenue & Bonding Committee and the Public Safety & Security Committee and holds a leadership position as an Assistant Majority Leader. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Education Committee. As a State Representative, Jill has been a strong champion for small businesses, law enforcement, and the promotion of the skilled trades—reflecting her deep commitment to building a safe, prosperous, and sustainable future for Glastonbury and Connecticut. Prior to serving in the General Assembly, Jill spent several years on the Glastonbury Town Council, where she championed efforts to support local businesses and enhance the community’s quality of life.
