Representative Jeff Vernetti, a Republican, represents Camden County (District 123) in the Missouri House of Representatives. He was elected to his first term in November of 2024. Born in St. Louis, Vernetti graduated from Lafayette High School in 1995. Then in 1999 he graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a B.S. in Mass Communications. A local business owner and real estate developer, Vernetti has spearheaded numerous projects in the Lake of the Ozarks area. He co-founded and co-owns Ballparks National, a nationally recognized youth baseball and softball complex. During his tenure as General Manager, Ballparks National hosted over 5,000 games, drawing teams from 21 states and contributing millions to the local economy. The facility employs over 50 staff members and has received accolades, including Missouri’s Best Youth Sports Complex. Vernetti also co-owns LOZ Sports Training, the region’s premier youth sports facility, and Vernetti’s Italian Grocer, a specialty market offering St. Louis-style Italian fare.
