State Representative Geoff Luxenberg is honored to serve the 12th District in the Connecticut House of Representatives, where he proudly represents Manchester. He is an Assistant Deputy Speaker and a member of the Finance, Revenue and Bonding and General Law Committees. Rep. Luxenberg previously represented Manchester from 2011-15 before seeking and winning re-election again in 2018. Throughout his time at the State Capitol, he has been a tireless advocate for middle- and working-class families in Manchester and across Connecticut. During the 2023 legislative session, Rep. Luxenberg was co-chair of the Housing Committee, and worked hard to deliver several wins for the 12th District and the state. He led the passage of legislation that protects renters by capping application fees and late fees, shortened the time frame that landlords have to return security deposits to tenants, and increased the fines levied against landlords with code enforcement violations from $250 to $2,000.
