Frank Farry

Frank Farry was elected to the Pennsylvania Senate in 2022 to represent the 6th District in Bucks County after serving seven terms in the state House of Representatives and has authored 48 laws during his time in the legislature. Since joining the Senate, he has continued his record of results-driven leadership, authoring legislation to strengthen public safety, protect families, improve quality of life and protect taxpayers. Farry is spearheading a comprehensive crime package to make communities safer. Two of his bills have already been signed into law, including one that criminalizes porch pirating and another that increases penalties for illegal street racing. He is also advancing legislation to increase penalties for gun store robberies, hold rioters and organizers accountable, add protections for delivery drivers, enforce mandatory jail time for felons illegally possessing firearms, expand the use of DNA in the criminal justice system and deter catalytic converter thefts.
