Representative Devan Seabaugh was elected to the Georgia House of Representatives in a special election in July 2021. He represents House District 34, which includes west Cobb County and portions of the cities of Marietta and Kennesaw. Rep. Seabaugh serves on several key House legislative committees, including Appropriations, Transportation, Industry & Labor, Community & Public Health, Creative Arts & Entertainment and Energy, Utilities & Telecommunications. In addition to his committee service, Rep. Seabaugh holds multiple leadership positions within the House. He serves as vice chairman of the House Industry & Labor Committee, vice chairman of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and vice chairman of the Creative Arts & Entertainment Committee. He has served as a Deputy Whip for the Republican Majority House caucus and currently serves as a Governor's Floor Leader.
