Deb Manjarrez is serving her first term representing Washington state’s 14th Legislative District. The district includes most of Yakima County, and parts of Klickitat, Benton, and Franklin counties. The 14th Legislative District stretches from East Yakima to Pasco and includes Wapato, Grandview, Toppenish, Granger, Sunnyside, Centerville, and White Swan. The Yakama Nation Reservation is also in the district. She is a certified public accountant and has been the senior partner in her firm for 25 years. Deb and her husband, Mark, are long-time apple orchardists in the Wapato area. They manage an orchard that has been in her family since the 1940s. She chaired the Wapato Chamber of Commerce for 10 years and helped found the popular Wapato Tamale Festival. Manjarrez received the 2026 Representative of the Year Award from the Washington State Narcotics Investigators Association for her leadership in confronting Washington’s drug crisis and her ongoing work to support law enforcement and public health partnerships across the state. Deb and Mark have been married for 39 years. They have two daughters and three grandchildren.
