David is serving his first full term in the New Hampshire Legislature. Elected in the summer of 2023 in a special election, he served on the Municipal and County Government committee where his many years of experience on land use boards proved invaluable. David has been a resident of New Hampshire's Upper Valley region since 1988. He attended (Case) Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio where he received a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and took an active role in the early growth of the student-run FM radio station. He served as general manager in his senior year. Following graduation, David worked in the media center of Cleveland State University and later moved to Vermont where he founded an audio-visual production company producing promotional and informational media for a variety of clients ranging from social services organizations and government agencies to Fortune 100 companies. His company was noted for winning several regional awards for its clients.
