Guided technical, physical, and leadership development of area teenagers and pre-teens for ten years as Commander of Civil Air Patrol's Amitrano Cadet Squadron in Hillsborough County. Work at MITRE in Virginia evolved to leadership of the Global Navigation Satellite Systems (e.g., GPS) modernization group, guiding multi-million dollar performance improvements. Moved to Nashua, New Hampshire after retiring in 2022. Married 45 years, with three grown children and four grandchildren.
