Caton has over 25 years of experience in the transportation industry, including roles in less-than-truckload (LTL), truckload (TL), and logistics. Her distinguished career includes being named Terminal Manager of the Year twice for a national LTL carrier, a testament to her leadership and problem-solving skills.
