Caroline Fairly is a lifelong Amarillo native whose upbringing emphasized faith, service, and community involvement. Raised alongside four siblings, she developed a strong appreciation for leadership, responsibility, and giving back—values that continue to guide her personal and professional life. She is a graduate of Abilene Christian University, where she earned a degree in Business Marketing. During her time at ACU, Caroline served as Class President and was actively involved in the business school’s entrepreneurship program, Wildcat Ventures, helping lead multiple student-driven initiatives. Following college, Caroline worked on a congressional campaign and later served constituents in Washington, D.C. That experience provided her with firsthand insight into federal policymaking and reinforced her desire to return home and contribute to her community in West Texas. Caroline currently works at The OccuNet Company, where she began as a medical negotiator focused on reducing healthcare costs for Texas families.
